Few people realise just how effective the human body is at looking after itself. In nine out of ten illnesses, your body will better by itself.

Your body contains an astonishing variety of mechanisms designed to repel illness and hasten recovery.

Here are some of the remarkable ways in which your body can help to you healthy - if only you will it!
