Water is healthy Part 2 (Teacher: Michael)

You can buy moisturising creams which contain added vitamins, honey, seaweed extract and dozens of other constituents. I don't think that these added ingredients will make any difference at all to effectiveness of product.

My own feeling is that you should buy several large pots of cheapest moisturising cream you can find - so long as you like its feel and smell. Then keep those pots around house, where you can use them easily.

You should always put moisturising cream onto your skin after you have washed, and you should keep jar near to kitchen sink, so that when you've been washing up you can put some cream onto your hand.

After bath or shower, you should use moisturising cream all over your body - not forgetting your knees, feet, elbows, and thighs.

A moisturising cream will help to keep your skin healthy. In addition, it will provide you with some protection against many pollutants which fill our atmosphere these days.
