It is a pity that modesty so often prevents a patient from getting advice at the start of an attack of cystitis.

The first remedy the patient often takes is wrong. They dread the passing of urine and so their, fluid intake. This makes matters worse. The urine becomes more concentrated and more irritating to the bladder.

The patient more fluid than bland drinks. Remember that the bladder and urethra normally sterile - free from all germs.

The next step if one gets a UTI (the technical for a urinary tract infection), is to tremendous hygienic care.
