Of the many diseases about which the sufferer moans very secretly, cystitis is perhaps the most common.

Many women, indeed practically all, an attack at one time or another in life. It is far more common with them than with men.

Cystitis is an inflammation of the bladder and passages leading from it. It caused by a great variety of germs, many of which harmless in other parts of the body.

The patient's first complaint is usually of frequently to the toilet. Quite often the person to suddenly visit the loo during the night and sleep seriously disturbed. The actual passing of urine most painful and dreaded.
