Who is it good for?
Many people - from a new-born baby to a 90-year-old pensioner. It's especially good for stress-related conditions, and helps the body to rid itself of toxins and waste matter. Most people experience a very deep state of relaxation when the have reflexology which eases headaches, stiff muscles and clogged arteries.

So can it 'cure' people ?
Reflexologists do not claim to cure any specific disease and anyone with a serious medical condition should see their doctor, but it certainly does promote a general sense of health and well-being and prevents disease by stimulating the body's immune system.

How can I find one?
Most reflexologists work privately. It's always wise to make sure that the practitioner has been properly trained at a reputable school.
